Structural

Structural infrastructure to support 40.000sqft class 100 cleanroom, 10.000sqft class 10.000 laboratory and double tier mezzanine for mechanical services. This particular project was for the semiconductor/opto electronic industry.

The structural infrastructure to the left was to form lower and upper tier plant room space for an LV switchroom, DI water treatment plant, air handling units and various pump skids and boiler skids. This plant room is to support the new 40.000sqft class 100 cleanroom, 10.000sqft class 10.000 laboratory for the semiconductor/opto electronic industry.

The pictures below show the various stages of steel infrastructure being installed to support several new compressors for an automotive paint kitchen upgrade. To save on physical footprint in an already congested service yard, a mezzanine structure had to be built to support the new compressors.

The pictures below show the compressors in position before the skeletal steel work is built around the perimeter of the building, and then shows the air handling unit at ground level with the foundation support legs and cross member beams in position.

These pictures show a 2 tier Mezzanine floor construction which was erected in an area already designated for tool die maintenance and mould shop maintenance activities. Particular coordination had to be undertaken so as not to hinder or stop activities. The cylinders you see positioned on the platform are part of the material delivery system to the injection moulding machines.
